**** Customer Services Ever

Nonsensical MTN. October 2024 offered me a 24 month home wifi contract for R399, I took up the offer. Mtn started debiting R438 from my account, i ignored. In January 2025 mtn debited an extra R100, no explanation given, I reversed it. Now they blocked all my numbers, even my prepaid number. They sent my bill and rep**** with query but the say they don't have my details. Now I can't even call or access any of their services since my lines are suspended. Their customer care 083135 is pathetically useless. When you call them they say call mtn and furnish you with the same number

My wife is working from home and has to buy data whereas we paid for a contract that keeps going up for no reason.
