Customer Service Zero !!!!!! How MTN *****s you

I took out a contract with MTN in March.
I asked the salesman P Masemola to continue on the same term and conditions that were in my previous contract ie cut off when the airtime had run out.
This was not done. I then was charged with data usage of R1900 of which I did not consent to nor was I informed my quota was used up.
I continued to pay the R500 as agreed by my contract. They then disconnected my service.
I called and the operator assured me that the limit had been set.
I went personally to the Eastgate Branch to clarify this spoke to J Williams.
He said that the service was not activated so he apparently activated it.
I explained what had happened and he said I should send an email explaining.
I did exactly that on the 4th June.
And again on the 8th no response.
The service (cut-off) was not activated even when I had gone in personally.
I was then disconnected.
I then went back into the store saw Mr Williams my phone was reconnected.
The service (cut-off) was still not activated.
On the 9th of June I received an a sms:
\REQ ***. A credit Request of R625.78 excl vat for approval"
Still my service was deactivated and my emails 2 weeks ago not answered."""
