Rude, Disrespectful and Lazy. 1 guy (nathi) was willing to assist me with an upgrade while his fellow lady employees were plucking their eyebrows and being as disrespectful as possible. Wanted to upgrade and my fingerprints struggled, the ladies words "no fingerprints equils nothing you can go". I then informed her that this isn't very customer friendly... "jaa neh" she rep****. How unbelievably uneducated and small minded must you be to treat a customer like this? MTN, please know that due to HER, you lost a customer. And I'll spread the word
