Customer service unavailable

I have been calling MTN trying to get assistance in swapping my numbers between prepaid and contract with no luck. Dialing customer care number is useless as the is never an option to get transferred to customer services. MTN needs to check their options again can't be moving from pillsr to post and not getting an option to speak to customer services
