<p>I would like to take this opportunity to recognize an employee of MTN for her exceptional service when she assisted me with a contract.</p> <p>A lady by the name of Mpho from MTN Online Sales assisted me with an add-on line on my MTN contract. I needed my prepaid number to be converted to contract and there was somehow an issue on the system with my number which prevented her from fulfiling my request. Mpho guided me from A to Z with how do I go about getting the assistance to get my number sorted. I would specifically like to commend her for her prompt communication in the process of solving the issue - indeed communication is KEY !</p> <p> </p> <p>There is a very few Sales Agents who are like Mpho in Cellular Networks companies and that is the reason why I am chosing this platform to appreciate her service, so that the world would know!</p> <p>I am very happy to be an MTN customer, and I appreciate the "value for customer" which MTN displayed to me, through Mpho.</p> <p> </p>
