Customer service that is non existent

I have been trying to cancel my internet contract since February and still nothing. Still getting debited. Must have sent six email. It's almost as if they are trying to **** on your battery, the way they respond and the way nothing happens. The sales guy who sold me the plan even tried but NOTHING.
