Customer service sucks!!

Mtn galleria has the worst customer service ever... I had taken out a contract with them last year November on the black Friday and up till this very day I don't receive my data nor do they do follow ups. I wouldn't advise anybody to go to mtn galleria. The store manager has a bad attitude whose not even helpful.
