customer service stinks
i sent a nokia lumia for repairs in june/july 2015 in august i received a message to say that the repairs will cost r845.50or rejection of quote will cost me r330.00 i sent an email explianing that i did not know that i would have to pay if my quote was rejected .to date i did not get a response from my email but today i received a pending payment notification which is disgusting . vodacom and cellc give you a quote and it is your choice to repair or not you not charged for the service.<br>
