Customer service = shocking

<p>I know this complaint will probably not get any notice but I am happy to vent while I process the SHOCKING service i receive from MTN.</p> <p> </p> <p>I handed in my phone at the Morningside service center with the assurance that the phone will be picked up on Monday for assessment and I will be contacted with a quote. Today is Wednesday and when I contact the repair center in Midrand, they still have not received my phone. I would gladly have driven through to Midrand myself, but the assurance received from Phindile stopped me.</p> <p> </p> <p>NOW! I dont know where my phone is. THIS IS A HUGE INCONVENIENCE!</p> <p> </p> <p>and the cherry on top is the disgraceful attitude of the people who are supposed to help me. It is MY problem the phone is lost. I have to phone the couriers....and after speaking to 4 different people I am put through to some sales department...and guess what...I have to start AGAIN! I have been a MTN customer for 16 years and I think this will be the last year.</p> <p> </p> <p>Words cannot describe the hate I feel for you now.</p>
