Customer service SHOCKING!!!

I called MTN Tygervalley yesterday to enquire about a special advertised in their July 2015 brochure (which I picked up from their store on Sunday night). I was informed that the phone I wanted was out of stock but that I could come in to the store to order one. I arrived at MTN Tygervalley yesterday at 16h15 to find 10 people waiting (excluding me), 7 functioning service desks but only 2 of them manned by staff. I joined the queue. After 30 minutes I was eventually helped by a friendly staff member who informed me that she would have to check with the inventory this morning and get back to me. 30minutes of waiting and a wasted phone call to be told this. No phone call received this morning. I called MTN Tygervalley this morning - the phone rang for 15 minutes without being answered. I called back 10 minutes later and let it ring for another 10minutes after which it was answered. The person informed me that there was no stock of this phone left in the country and it has actually been out of stock for the last 3 MONTHS!!!!!! I explained that to print this deal in the July brochure constitutes as false advertising he said he couldn't help me. Nice! Waste of time completely!
