Customer service pathetic

Mtn south africa customer service is pathetic!!!

Since yesterday I've been trying to get a hold of customer service with no success! Yesterday and today holding on for 4 hours still no luc****

I've emailed customer care and a consultant responded requesting information to be able to assist. I've sent through the requested information amd till now no one has gotten back to me!!!
