CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT BEING RENDERED

I had a problem with my data last week which i never had a problem with, i then phoned mtn customer care to assist me and help me figure out what ate my data because it never finished so quickly. I had spoken to Sonelo on the 20/07/2023 she could not assist me, i then had spoken to Nomasondo on the same date and she directed me to a supervisor or manager Siphiwe which he told me that the systems are down and that he was going to contact men back and he never did. I then spoken to Sivenathi on the 21/07/2023 and i had said that this matter needs to be sorted out by 17h00 pn Friday but still yet nothing has been done. I am paying 2 contracts with them but yet i am not getting the service i need. My reference number is ***
