Customer service no care attitude

This email were se t on the 28 th July still no reply Dear sir/Madam I believe some committed ***** on my line 0833******apparently I did an online upgrade witje out my convent inreaved two handsets and this was return to Mondo via DSv couriers apparently I now have to wait another 3 months before this will be reversed Well I might as well cancel all my MTN contracts as this is not fair on me as a consumer You can’t contact me via email .net or mobile 083***x
