customer service needs a revamp
<p>We requested for a line to be reconnected, but to no avail. Call center mtnsp hang up the call soon as they realise its a daunting task. Please repay me my reconnection fee and ill go to another service provider. No response, no call backs, no response to emails sent. seriously pathetic service.</p>
