Customer service MTN THE BRIDGE PORT ELIZABETH

Compliment - I just want to.compliment Rhowan Moodaley, consultant at MTN the Bridge, Port Elizabeth. We've had problems with my contract since the day it started in Dec 2018' lots of complaints, arguments, misunderstandings and yes Helo Peter complaints. Mr Moodaley stayed in touch an always tried to assist even on his off days. He even called me when my spouse passed away to offer condolences with empathy. I eventually terminated my contract with MTN and Mr Moodaley once again bent over backwards to smooth the process. Although he knew there was no hope to salvage the relationship he still remained calm and efficient at all times. MTN needs more employees like Mr Moodaley. I'm in customer service at a large company and therefore salute Mr Moodaley for his patience, calmness and caring service! SUPER HERO SERVICE !!!!
