CUSTOMER SERVICE MTN CALL CENTRE

My phone got ****** 2 months ago and was forced to block my sim cards. I went to MTN Greenstone and they said I must call Customer Care 135 so that they can unblock it. After being on the phone for 45min I eventually speak to a "MTN service champion" explain my story and just before the end of the converstation got cut off. NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK. so I call again same story this time lady said SIM CARS is un blocked. Speak to the MTN consultant at the branch it was closing time. She will then unblock it from her system. This was 4 days ago. After calling MTN greenstone endlessly yesterday and the day before that. My sim cards are still blocked. Why must I as a consumer go through extreem mesaures to get any service? Poper customer care service?? I just want my sim cards unblocked so I can use my phone for a service that I pay for ON TINE EVERY MONTH! If anyone cares out there please contact Ms. Retalic ***
