Customer service is shocking

Trying to get hold of the right person, actually any person, at MTN is almost impossible. You CANNOT speak to an agent unless you have an MTN number already (makes no sense because it makes it almost impossible be BECOME an MTN client) and when you eventually find a way to jippo the system and speak to someone they can't help you and either transfer you to the wrong person, or transfer you to a voicemail which you can't leave a message on or give you the incorrect direct line number. I've been trying for a week to get a data contract!!!!!!
