Customer service is pathetic
<p>Calling 173 for nearly 2 hours to get results for a SIM swap, no one answers the phone! I hold on for 25 minutes and the call cuts. Ridiculous. It's almost 2 days with no phone number. There customer complaints website will address the problem in 5 working days. How is possible for no one to answer a phone in over 2 hours????????</p>
