Customer Service is more like Customer Torcher

I have an existing mtn fixed at home Lte solution. Due to the modem that been damaged due to load shedding, MTN is not willing to assist in anyway. So I have a data contract and the sim card cannot be used on another device and all I am told is either take out a new line(contract) or purchase a new modem which is over R2000. Horrible service
