Customer service is important
I was inside of Mtn Greenacres the one opposite Fabiani I was greeted by a wonderful African female who sanited me wrote in my details and proceeded to help me. I went to the counter and there behind the counter sits a colured female by the name of Kim on her phone looking write at me didn't greet nothing, she looked like she was not even in the mood to be at work, the African lady asked her to do something she took her own time then the African lady helped me and went to fetch the slip, as I proceeded to ask Kim what my dad should do regarding his bill that changes every month on her phone did not answer me back or even look my direction, the African lady then came back and I asked her the question and she gave me the details of how my dad could get help. It felt as if just because I was not her customer she did not have to help and don't they get taught in retail that you greet your customers or you stop playing with your phone the moment you see customers in the store unless you not busy with work. Of which I doubt it because the store was fairly quiet at that moment. I would just like her (Kim) to go for more customer service training if Mtn as a company offer such training. I know a person does not alway feel well and sometimes have alot going on but when you working with customers you should know to put all those feelings aside and treat your customers well and listen when they talk so it does not feel like they talking to themselves.
