Customer Service is horrible, Cancellation process is really not effective

They gave me the wrong package / plan, and when I call them they refer you to multiple departments that don’t even help, rather refer you elsewhere. Want to cancel my contract, the cancellation department is been unreachable or you wait on the phone to be attended but nothing, and this has been for two weeks now. And if they answer they just keep quiet and go on with their office conversation and not attend to you, then hang up.
