Customer service is disgusting

This is really pathetic so I did an online application for 2 contracts that went well, DSV driver delivers but could only provide 1 phone because of the finger print biometrics....anyway I call dsv they tell what needs to happen I call MTN and get the run around lines keep dropping they put me through to the incorrect departments I need to do security checks 10000 times but still don't get the assistance that is need I am really disappointed in MTN I've been a loyal customer for many years
