Customer service in the mud

I wish I could give less than 1. I have been trying to get help from them for a full day. Their online purchase system might as well be a ****. I wish I had never even started with them and they shift blame onto DSV, why even work with DSV if they are ***********. What a waste I am just glad I can cancel this *******.
