Customer service from MTN is non existent .

Customer service from mtn is deplorable. Recently having an issue with my cell network in that my handset is unable to connect to the mtn network. after numerous calls to them they still cant seem to figure out whats the problem . innitially i thought it was a problem with the phone however on arrival at vivo head office in woodmead , they confirmed that there was absolutely no problem with the phone or its software thereby concluding that it had to be a network problem. Its been a week and still mtn has not contacted me even though they escalated the problem and i was adsvised that they would contact me with in 2 days . Today when i contacted them , their response is that they cannot help me as the system required to check on the status of my REQ ticket is offline. so to me that would mean that i will be without a phone for the week coming . i did mention to the one of the operators that a possible solution from vivo was to change the mother board on my phone and to which the operator was quick to say that i should even though she did not even try to help . Looks like Mtn wants to look for a way out without even bothering to assist with looking into the matter.
