Customer service extinct at MTN

Called into the MTN retention line and held on the line for way too long when all I wanted was a settlement quotation on my current contract. You really cannot tell me that your retentions department is so busy, because if this is the case you are obviously losing lots of business and it is evident why. Please send me my settlement quotation via email to the address you have listed for me on my profile with you.
