Customer Service Center Unqualified to assist proficiently

I have logged a call for money to be transfered back into my bank account on Monday the 5th of June 2017. A debit order went off my bank account, which I stopped at my bank on the 29th of May 2017, as well a payment done myself on the 29th of May 2017.

When I phoned on Monday, the consultant informed me that the money would be paid out within 24-48 hours. This morning when I phoned to find out what is going on, the consultant wanted to log a case again with the credit control department to pay in the money. I requested to speak to a manager, in which I was put through to Navana. I explained that I already logged a case on Monday for the money to be paid into my bank account, and that the consultant informed me that it would be done within 24-48 hours. She then went on to explain to me that it takes 7 working days according to the protocol and pay runs. She also said that the money would be paid out by next week THURSDAY. A few seconds later se said that the money would be paid WEDNESDAY (So which is it now, THURSDAY or WEDNESDAY?)

This afternoon I receive a message from MTN that I can view my recent statement on some website I can not even open. I decided to call again, thinking that the statement will now show that the money will be paid back into my bank account.... Needless to say, when I spoke to the consultant she said she has a to log a case to get the money transfered into my bank account, as the credit has been updated agains my June account... Again I ask to speak to a manager and got put through to Navana. According to her the consultant made a mistake again, just like the one telling me that the money will be paid within 24-48 hours and the one this morning that wanted to log a case again!!!

I'm still waiting for the protocol to be sent to me explaining that money will be paid into my bank account in 7 working days. This just comes to show again, companies are quick to take your money, but when it comes to giving it back, they do it very slowly. Wonder if the reason for this is, because they make an extra buck out of interests in their accounts???
