Customer service center

I have tried to contact the call center now for 6 days and no one answers, I need to pay the account so my 70 year old mom has means to contact me if anything happens, I need the amount and details to pay as I usually pay in store, did upgrade so have no idea what to settle, but no answer at the call centre number
