Customer Service at MTN is a Joke!

MTN does not even deserve a star rating- even if it is just "1" or "poor". The MTN Customer Service is BELOW POOR. Ive been trying to change my number from Contract to Prepaid for 8 weeks. Ive had 3 different reference numbers, been into the store twice and held on the phone line for numerous minutes- with NO ONE being able to help me and NO one EVER phoning me back. Based on all the other reviews- MTN does not even bother to respond to these complaints. Why do we spend our money buying these contracts and data from MTN when they have ZERO regard for their PAYING customers. Add my "dissatisfied customer" complaint to the list of many…
