Customer Service @ MTN does not care

So.... we have a unused contract and would like to have this converted to pre-paid/ or cancelled

We phone , but call keep getting disconnected, example of bad network quality. Send an e-mail to customercare ... @... mtn.co.za, but have had no response..... do you really care????

I need to have this sorted out TODAY
