**** customer service!

MTN customer service is really pathetic! When canceling my contract they asked me to pay a cancelation fee which I have proof of payment for. Months later they've been hassling me for another payment. I try calling but no one can help because no one seems to answer. So glad I've canceled. MTN really needs to wake up. I've sent proof of payment for this another amount so if I get a message or phone call again, I will get lawyers involved!
