Worst service ever. I've been submitting requests to cancel my contract since beginning of May. Everytime it's a different story. My contract ended in April. I called in sent emails. Now I'm given the run around. I asked for my recording but I'm still given a hassle yet all calls are recorded. I'm really fed-up with the service I've received from mtn. All of the sudden I'm getting billed even though I requested for the cancelation, I'm being told about 30 days notice which is something I was never told when I called in on the 10th and the 11th of mag but got billed on the 12th even though it was confirmed. What kind of service is this really. I'm totally and utterly disappointed. See me get a contract there again , I will NEVER EVER

Ive even escalated to complaints, asked for my recording and no reply. Its like they doing it on purpose. They not taking anything serious. Kante dintsang ko mtn.
