Customer service

In Oct 2016 I signed up (not smooth process either) for a MTN data contract advertised at R 499 per month.

On 1 Dec 2016 two amounts went off my bank account with MTN as reference (R 1375 & R 631) with no invoice or statement from MTN. After calling the customer service it became clear I was being charged per MB used and not the advertised bundle deal. MTN then fixed that but I'm still struggling to get the original charges corrected. In fact the R 631 which went off my bank account doesn't even relate to my contract account! I logged the issue with MTN customer services in Jan! One credit has been passed but the result is still not R 499 per month.

MTN is a large international company but I've never seen such administrative incompetency!

Hi

Thanks for the response but you did not address the money taken off my bank account which was not for my MTN account.

If it was refunded to me please give me the date and reference to track it.
