Customer service

<p>I have been to multiple MTN's over South Africa and most if not all had thee worst customer service until yesterday when I went to try sort out my account at MTN Menlyn Park(the big one) and a Lady with the name Bianca helped me and within 10 min everything was sorted, after I have tried at multiple MTN's and they just said phone 808. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would just like to acknowledge this lady so she gets the credit she deserves, she had a great attitude, proper knowledge of MTN and a willingness to help!</p> <p> </p> <p>MTN staff can surely learn lots from her!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you </p> <p>Bianca</p> <p> </p>
