<p>I would love MTN to clean up their act. Last month I requested a 3 month payment plan. I paid the agreed R600 that I owed them. Now all of a sudden I must pay R2300 before my lines is reconnected. What is the purpose of a 3 month payment plan?</p>

Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns with MTN.
kindly be advised that the amount of R2300 needs to be paid for you to be in a position to make outgoing calls for now you will only receive calls once you paid the arrears all services will be reactivated.
