Customer service

The customer service agents in the collections department are terrible. One put me on payments plan for 2 months when I requested 3 months I called back in to confirm the amount and number of months the agent was rude could not even wait for me to finish asking the question just kept on interjecting only to find out they confirmed incorrect information.
