I have been calling MTN for the past few weeks trying to counsel my contract, they are very quick to pick up when they run you through security questions. For three consecutive days they have transferred me to constellations and on all those occasions i have had to hold for more then 20 minutes and no one answers the phone. A consultant advised that he would get someone to call me and it's been a week later and no one has called me, as i write this complaint i have been holding for 17:43 minutes with no answer. I am sick of calling these people. Please get them to call me ASAP.
