The service at your MTN store in Ghandi square is very bad , how do you have 3 people in their workstations but only one is available to service, I mean just to make payment one has to spend a good 30 minutes waiting for service the others are just there talking about their own things while we wait for the one consultant selling a phone. These are your systems you know how long that process takes
