Customer service

I think Mtn has the worse service of any corporate company in the world . Wrote a complaint letter to customer care a week went by with no reply. 3 different stores gives you 3 different stories on how to cancel a contract this is so funny I paid alot of money even an early cancelation fee but still no luck don't know what they trying to do keep me ransom on keeping this contracts or just trying to milk every cent out of me . For a corporate company your service with your *********** staff is next level after being a loyal customer for 30 years stay away .
