<p>What can I say, this is the third time I am putting MTN on Hello Peter in 4 weeks, why? I have yet to have a response from MTN of my query as to why I have been handed over to legal for a prepaid phone number. I have off course lodged a complaint with ICASA....ref number GAU4601/16. The number affected? ********** 199. Avoid this network at all costs.</p>
