The story of my life with MTN

I was manipulated and ****** and misrepresented but no-one from MTN who took initiative to help out , I made a couple of calls even contacted the complaints department and customer services but unfortunately no help at all . I am prepared to take it further just for justice to be done in this case . It give me questions as to how many other customers like me who are ****** and manipulated by MTN and the MTN get away with it .

Thanks I will wait for your advise , however if possible I would like the R379 to be revised or adjusted since there is 1GB short from the original agreement., of which I based my evaluation at when I was taking the contract.
