Customer retention strategy - shocking!
Been waiting for a resolve to my query for over a month. Been into 2 branches, called the custmer service line and keep on being transferred! I expect a response from a netwok that i have supported for years. Perhaps look at cutting your marketing spend and invest in propper client service training.
