customer retention dept. not responding to service
Events were:

Before my mtn contract ended, I went to the mtn branch, and was told that I may only request a contract termination after the contract expiry date (which was 11 Dec.)
On 12 Dec I phoned the 808 number, was told that my contract would be terminated, and the request be forwarded to \customer retentions".
Then only on 18 Dec"
