Customer paying for bad service
My employee was abusing a data line, I go to the branch and cancell the line in writing on 11Nov ,MTN did not cancell, i get a high usuage alert 14 days later ,MTN cancell the line, who will be billed for the 2 weeks usuage, i am billed ,this is unfair and ********

Kindly be advised that on 2015-11-11 a request for cancellation for *** was received. As per 30 days' notice period to be served, the contract will end on 2015-12-11. However the line was permanently deactivated on 2015-11-26.
