customer inter action

although my query was solved by some one else Mandla must be the most *********** team leader I have ever interacted with. his lack of knowledge and defence towards the actions and professionalism are totally unacceptable. <br> How an organization such as MTN have made the decision to give that person the position that he holds is beyond me.<br> Cussing and belittling customers in the manner that he has is beyond the words. When asked who he reports to he refused to share this information.<br> After logging a problem with him for over a month with no feedback from Mandla, I called MTN at least 3 times a day and each time being advised that he will call me back. Finally on the 23rd of September I spoke a Thato who handled my query with a logical approach which was timeously. As result we will be moving to an alternate network that can talk to its customers and resolve simple queries. <br> <br> To Thato thank you for all your efforts I hope they don't go unnoticed. <br> <br> please dont bother to contact us as the name MTN or Mandla are names that we wouldnt like to hear!!!
