Customer engagement simply non existent but want money

Very poor customer engagement and response, full of bullying after 15 years of contract I don’t want anything to do with this company. I wrote to them on Monday it’s another Monday no response, all they do is suspend your line despite all the calls and references they are becoming a bunch of tele bullies mxt. Isaac Makala ***
