The rating is supposed to zero stars! Still no feedback from MTN... The phone was collected on 4th May 2018. My debit order will be going off and still i HAVE NO PHONE... The complaints management person, Ishie emailed me back that someone will be in contact with me and nobody contacted me, the manager Sunil Beharie was also promised to contact me,, to no avail. After speaking to several *********** staff members, nobody gave a rats ass about their client service or the client and yet when they pitch the sale you to you, they want to promise you world...
