Customer deception

I am very disappointed in this mobile network as I had a contract with them ,then I decided to settle the contract since I no longer wanted it.Then I was told to pay a termination fee ,which I did.Only to be told I need to pay it again.I feel decieved and ****ed because it took time for them respond.MTN doesn't care about its customers.Im never using its services ever again
