CUSTOMER COMPLAINT - PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MTN

Please give your shop in Central Avenue, Flamwood, Klerksdorp training on how to handle customers that phone in, as they refuse to take calls without explanation, when they are busy with clients in the shop. Also, it is totally unacceptable to order a laptop from MTN and have to wait 2 weeks for delivery from the "warehouse" that is only a 2 hour away.
