Customer Complaint MTN REQ:*** [#***0]

I sent in my phone to MTN to replace the cover and it was replace very poorly. They turned my waterproof phone into a water damaged phone now. MTN has not yet responded to my complaint and have been giving the run around after I emailed them proof of their so called quality checks they do before returning a phone. <br> <br> It is really simple, all I need is for my Sony Xperia Z2 waterproof phone to work like it originally did before MTN got their hands on it. I have been on contract with MTN now for over 10 years now and this is how I'm being treated.
