Customer center unable to create an upgrade due to printer not working.

I am trying to apply for an upgrade on my contract by taking advantage of the MTN mega deals promotion which ends today (27-11-2017), i.e. Galaxy S8 + 30 GB + 256GB SD card.

I submitted my documents earlier today but have just been informed that the printer is not working. Without out the printed documents I can't be upgraded. This means I miss out on the promotion due to no fault of my own.

I need to be able to download a Samgung App and claim my SD card (worth R 2500) TODAY.

Please help!
